PDO SITIA Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the famous Sitia region in eastern Crete, Greece. It is made with natural ingredients, offering full flavor, pleasant aroma and nutritional benefits. With an acidity level as low as 0.2%, it is free from any chemical substances, produced in a natural way by the simple elision of the olive fruit under cold pressure in order to preserve all its vitamins.
